Level 3 Diploma in Business (L3DB)
The NCC Education Level 3 Diploma in Business (L3DB) is regulated by Qualification Wales (QiW). It is an Applied General qualification which allows candidates to demonstrate key transferable study skills, mathematical competency and applied cultural understanding, particularly in the context of international business, as well as a grounding in the essential concepts of business and economics. In addition, successful candidates will fulfil the main entry requirements for NCC Education’s Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB) as well as opening up opportunities to access a range of higher education courses or employment. Examples of higher education opportunities include, but are not limited to, progressing to university degrees in Business Management, Marketing, International Business, Accounting and Finance and examples of employment opportunities include roles such as Accounts Clerk, Recruitment Consultant and Accounting Technician. The Level 3 Diploma in Business syllabus and assessment is suitable for students aged 16-19 as well as adult learners.

Level 3 Diploma in Computing (L3DC)
The Level 3 Diploma in Computing (L3DC), offered by NCC Education, is an Ofqual-regulated qualification designed to introduce students to the field of computing. This program equips learners with essential study skills, mathematical competency, and practical computing abilities, laying a solid foundation for higher education or entry-level employment in IT. Key Features: • Comprehensive Curriculum: The diploma encompasses five core units: o Study and Communication Skills: Develops essential academic skills, including independent research, academic writing, and formal presentations. o Culture Studies: Enhances understanding of various cultures and the impact of digitalization on these cultures. o Introduction to Computer Science: Provides a foundational understanding of IT topics such as computer systems, hardware-software relationships, databases, and networking. o Introduction to Programming: Offers practical experience in programming, focusing on languages like Python to teach fundamental programming principles. o Foundation Mathematics: Builds mathematical skills pertinent to computing and related academic disciplines. • Progression Opportunities: Successful completion of the L3DC qualifies students for entry into the Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC) or the Level 4 Diploma in Computing with Business Management (L4DC BM). It also opens pathways to various university degrees, including Software Engineering, Computer Science, and Digital Media Technology. • Career Prospects: Graduates can pursue roles such as IT Helpdesk Professional, Data Entry Clerk, IT Support Technician, or Computer Service Repair Technician. Entry Requirements: • Academic Qualifications: Completion of GCSE/IGCSE 'O' Levels or an equivalent qualification with passes in four subjects, including Mathematics and English, at minimum grades of 'C' or '4'. • English Language Proficiency: A valid IELTS score of 5.5 or above, or an equivalent qualification, for non-native English speakers. Alternatively, students can take the free NCC Education Higher English Placement Test administered by Accredited Partner Centres. The L3DC is suitable for students aged 16-19 as well as adult learners, providing a versatile foundation for those aiming to advance in the computing field.

Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB)
The NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB) is a regulated qualification. It makes up the first year of the NCC Education Business Degree journey. The qualification is equivalent to the first year of a business degree in the UK university system. Students will be introduced to the many different aspects of international business in today’s world. Embarking on the qualification they will be exposed to both academic and vocational aspects of a wide range of subjects, enabling them to gain the necessary knowledge and skills vital for a career in business or further studies. On successful completion of the qualification students will be able to continue their studies on the NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Business (L5DB) or at a UK university, or work in one of the many areas of the business world.

Level 5 Diploma In Business (L5DB)
The NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Business (L5DB) builds upon the knowledge gained during the NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB). This qualification exposes students to more advanced topics in a range of areas including economics, marketing, finance and management. A balance of academic and vocational subjects equips students with the necessary knowledge and skills required to play a significant role in a business organisation.

Level 5 Diploma in Computing with Data Science (L5DCDS)
The NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Computing (with Data Science) (L5DC DS) is an Ofqual regulated qualification. NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Computing (with Data Science) (L5DC DS) makes up the second year of the NCC Education degree journey. This builds upon the knowledge gained during the Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC). Students will study a balance of academic and vocational subjects in order to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to manage big data and extract valuable insights. Level 5 Diploma in Computing with Cyber Security (L5DCCS)
The Level 5 Diploma in Computing (with Cyber Security (L5DC CS) (previously Level 5 Diploma in Cyber Security (L5DCS)) makes up the second year of the NCC Education degree journey. This builds upon the knowledge gained during the Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC). This qualification is designed to develop the specialist skills necessary to protect and secure data systems from ever-increasing threats in today’s evolving digital society. A balance of academic and vocational learning will provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills essential in many cyber-security job roles. Upon successful completion of the qualification, students will be able to go on to directly pursue a career in cyber security or complete the final year of a degree at one of the many universities which recognise NCC Education qualifications.

Level 5 Diploma in Computing (L5DC)
The NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Computing (L5DC) is an Ofqual regulated qualification. The qualification (with specialisms) makes up the second year of the NCC Education degree journey and builds upon the knowledge gained during the NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC) or the NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing with Business Management (L4DC BM), exposing students to greater detail and more advanced topics in a range of areas including database development, information systems analysis, network security and cryptography. Students will study a balance of academic and vocational subjects in order to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to play a significant role in IT organisations. On successful completion of the qualification students will be able to complete the final year of a degree with the NCC Education Business Computing and Information Systems Top Up validated by the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), the University of Greenwich Computing Top-Up delivered at our Accredited Partner Centres, at one of the many universities that recognise NCC Education qualifications, or pursue a career in the IT industry.

Level 4 Diploma in Computing with Business Management (L4DCBM)
The Level 4 Diploma in Computing (with Business Management) (L4DC BM)) (previously the Level 4 Diploma in Business Information Technology (L4DBIT)) makes up the first year of the NCC Education degree journey. The qualification is equivalent to the first year of an IT degree in the UK university system. Students will be given the opportunity to develop essential thinking and study skills in IT and business through a balance of academic and vocational subjects. They will be able to contribute to the development of computer systems and networks, databases and websites in a business context, whilst also developing an awareness of business needs. The qualification will allow them to understand and enter the IT and business profession with the necessary knowledge expected within the industry and the ability to apply the skills to a range of IT-related functions. On successful completion of the qualification students will be able to embark on NCC Education’s Level 5 Diploma in Computing with Business Management (L5DC BM), which is equivalent to the second year of a UK Bachelor’s degree, transfer to a university or pursue a career in the IT industry

Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC)
The NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC) is an Ofqual regulated qualification. The qualification makes up the first year of a Computing/ IT degree pathway. The qualification is equivalent to the first year of an IT degree in the UK university system. Students will be given the opportunity to develop essential thinking and study skills, not only within the computing domain, but also within the context of business through a balance of academic and vocational subjects. The qualification will allow them to understand and enter the computing profession with the necessary knowledge expected within the industry and the ability to apply the skills to a range of IT-related functions. On successful completion of the qualification students will be able to embark on NCC Education’s Level 5 Diploma in Computing (L5DC), which is equivalent to the second year of a UK Bachelor’s degree, transfer to a university or pursue a career in the IT industry. Approved by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IFATE) in England as a Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ).
