1. The required payments must be made in advance before the commencement of the course.
2. All paid fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Informatics Thames College reserves the right to make any changes in its lecturing staff, course outline, schedule and assessment weighting. Applicants will be informed accordingly.
4. Any decision to withdraw from the course should be communicated to the college in writing.
5. All effort will be made by the college to arrange for the registration of students to sit for the examination. However, no liability can be attached to the college if, by reason of willful suppression or omission of essential particulars on the student's part of other reasons beyond the control of the college, or the student is refused examination entry by an examining body.
6. The student is liable to immediate dismissal for any serious misconduct and / or breach of the college's rules and regulations.
7. Provisional offer can only be granted if the applicant fails to submit official documents to prove academic qualification or working experience.
